And it only stands to reason we'll have to wait another fifty years for the Clinton movie...
Ranked No. #1 in initial quality

Idiots, simply by being idiots, seem capable of achieving randomly bad things that are beyond the imaginings of sensible people.

It's all about power/money. The more you have of either/both, the less the rules apply to you.

Justice League. let's say 8/10. Enjoyable, nothing fantastic. Still hate Affleck ast Batman/Bruce Wayne. Jason Momoa can't really act. Flash's character is virtually identical to the disposition of Spiderman's latest iteration. And the music wasn't quite as good as I hoped. Should have just gone with Leonard Cohen singing...even though that would have been copying "Pump Up the Volume".

I'd love to see what JL would have been has Snyder not been kicked off the Film and replaced with Joss Weadon.

The Death of Stalin - 8.75/10. Quite macabre, twisted and dark. A small degree of creative license, to be sure...but still pardonable for all but the most die-hard of Russian history ideologues. There's a reason why this movie is banned in certain parts of the world, and one surmises that as with most things this is due to how unflatteringly (and accurately) it portrays collectivism and the USSR under Stalinism. One imagines similar cocksuckling is a daily occurrence in N.Korea. That this movie got released in the USA at all is somewhat shocking, given that Hollywood is staunchly opposed to anything that would portray communism or socialism in a bad light. The reception they had for Atlas Shrugged (and the resistance they had to even making those films) is ample testament of this.

Darkest Hour was a well-done historical drama. This movie is more of historically-based journey into the darkly humorous, tumultuous history of the Soviet empire.

    Pacific Rim: Uprising

    7/10

This movie is very different from the original. This original felt like it was trying to be dark / hard Sci-fi with Giant monsters. Good actors and a serious tone. To me Uprising fells more like a 70's/80's Japanese monster movie with good special effects. IMO its just a fun movie.

Valerian & TCOATP. 4/10. Horrible, horrible acting. Had to force myself to finish it. Echo didn't like U.N.C.L.E. so he'll probably love this movie.

It sounded like Gamer meets Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Not sure how I feel on that.
