So it wasn't just me then. Good. I'll stick to liking Marky-Mark in "The Other Guys" and "Ted".

I'm sure that this will be slanderous, but I thought Ted was rather shitty. Ran out of steam maybe halfway through and most of the funny moments were given away in the trailers.

That's fair. It still doesn't change my mind that Marky Mark is better in comedies though.

I can agree with that. Still laugh my ass off at the other guys and I must've seen it twenty times already

Watching both Total Recall movies. I think it's fairly obvious by now that Paul Veerhoeven's originals were masterpieces, and the remakes are tepid. On BOTH accounts, this and Robocop.

If anyone knows where I can get this movie on DVD (ENGLISH), please let me know:

    Steekspel (2012) - IMDb

I'm a die-hard fan of Verhoeven, and I try to obtain copies of all his movies. That's how I stumbled backwards into a copy of Black Book. Such a shame that such a great movie was virtually unheard of in the states.

I loved Ted, it did loose steam in the very end but all comedies pretty much do.

    The Grand Budapest Hotel. 9/10.

Most Wes Anderson movies are for a select viewership. I don't think this one is any different but I loved it. Excellent dry humor, very charming performances, another classic.
