What a mess Glad I deleted most of that crap! (ABS, AC, cruise, resistor box, AWS lines, etc)

Steps you are taking should keep your car driving for decades. Good work!

ABS and AWS are coming out for sure. Resistor box will be removed when I've got an AEM installed. Cruise I'll be keeping and AC I'm keeping since it'd supposed to stay GT vehicle.

Brief update to be followed by pictures: Spent about 30 minutes or so working on wire wheeling the under side of the car. Fuck that. Going to get a full body suit before I do it again. The rubberized coating in a can crap makes a mess of everything, took close to a half hour of washing and scurbbing afterwards to get it off me.

Anyhow, working on the control arm bushings for a bit and wire wheeled some of the front subframe stuff. Ordered the poly for making some rear bushings. Going to spend time tonight actually assembling the shortblock (since I've had everything sitting to the side for several weeks now.) Need to clear some more room in the parts room soon, as my parts are overflowing out into the living room now. (as we speak I have a four bolt block on the floor in front of my TV, 2 FMIC kits, a box of exhaust components and tons more out here.)

I will be doing full video walk throughs of the bushing modifications necessary, but not till I get my subframes all coated and pretty looking at least.

Talked with Masterseries, they said shouldn't be an issue coating the block and heads with the Masteries coatings. Planned on doing a satin black on the engine anyhow, so going to do it here.

First coat of Masterseries silver is on.

I made a thing..again. The Wiseco sleeves really are sooooo much easier to work with than the flimsy metal adjustable thing.

Some of the poly for the rear subframe arrived today, as did the new powder coating gun.

Damn wish I saw this earlier -someone on the other site is having success with the 98 sonata LCA which is extremely similar. Sells for cheap brand new too. Sway bar link has to be bent a tiny bit I think to make it work.

These are for Australian Diamantes, at this point just need sway bar end links and whole front will be poly. Working with a vendor to bring the kit to market, also working on the rear subframe and suspension next
