Blue Smoke after engine install HELP Please :)

I know that blue smoke is most likely oil. But first start up it was smoking. I changed the oil again after I let the cars fans turn on. The blue smoke stopped I drove it on my driveway a couple times going back and fourth with no smoke. It died out on me and I let it sit for awhile and it started back up(I think it died out cause one of my wires in my fuel pump hotwire kit came loose). I let it sit for maybe a week in my garage again without starting and the blue smoke came back. Now it has a rough idle but starts up a lot better than before. I have Forged pistons in my bottom end which was professionally done. I also have brand new turbos/fuel pump/Injectors, and heads have 46k on them (So I was told). Compression was also 150-160. They may have been sitting for awhile before I bought them maybe? I heard it could be a stuck pcv valve or a valve seal? If you guys need anymore information let me know! Hopefully you guys can help thank you

Check PCV valve first and then check Valve stem seals.
