well i heard back from the guy with c-ultras. he's willing to do $1000 shipped; but he wants to do it outside of ebay. what do you guys think?

See if you can call him on the phone or meet in person. Or, put a deposit down until you get them. Use a credit card so you can dispute the charge if he scams you.

If you meet him in person, bring a big friend.

not going to be out in cali. but if anyone from cali is nearby...i'd be 1000% more comfortable paypal-ing cash to a 3sgto member for these, than some dude i know nothing about.
