My o2 was stuck(front). Removed o2 housing and pre cat. Found why my sensor was not reading. Anyway, how do I get a stuck o2 out?

Cut the wire off and use a 6 point socket. Heat the housing with map gas or acetylene if you have it.

I had a shop do it after trying with heat, a proper O2 socket and a 24 inch breaker bar. They use an oxy torch and after it gets good and hot, throw water on it to shock it. He got it out and the threads were fine. O2 sensor and threads were fine too.
I used an angle grinder to grind the sensor in half so I could fit a regular socket on it. Got it right off with the leverage from my breaker bar.
I'll heat yhe fuck out of it with my acetylene torch that I have for work. Then I'll take my o2 socket on my electric impact gun and zip it out.
