I've tuned 2 subies with Autronic and one 2g DSM on ID2000's. They purr like kittens at idle and open loop real nice. Fuel lines clogged maybe?

I know a handful of EVO guys running them for a couple years now with ethanol and no issues.

The issue is probably something stupid like shit in the gas tank getting sucked up into the lines and clogging the injectors or the lines themselves are deteriorating. Paper fuel filters and ethanol don't go well together either.

If there is a lot of moisture in the fuel, it can rust the inside of the injector while sitting.

I spray wd40 and bag my injectors if they are out of the car for awhile.

This is from T1's website Ray.

    Re:alcohol and id2000s - T1 Race Development

Must be a humidity condition. Colorado is really dry. We don't have the lower elevation humidity and moisture that causes rust and water separation in our fuels.

Looks like Tony @ Injector Dynamics is saying 2K's need to be pickled if stored.

Like Greg stated, Ive seen crap in the tank restrict fuel filters and injectors and cause a misfire/no start condition.

Are there any tell tale signs of the condition on the injectors Ray? Is it a condition that can be observed with the eye or is it internal? If it's something you can see can you post a pic for future reference?
