    2001 Eclipse spyder 2.4L automatic vibrate like a m*f*

I bought the spyder for very cheap with several known issues.
One of which is that when accelerating from a stop, the whole car vibrate very violently up to about 7 or 8 mph, after it gets past 10mph, the car drives fine. I'm guessing motor mounts are bad?

    Thanks for reading.

Front motor mount is common on those iirc. Would make sense.

Asked the guy at the mitsu dealership if its a bad motor mount. He told me its not it, and that it could be wheel bearing. He suggest I take it in for a diagnostics, $139. Is bad wheel bearing a possibility or he just wants my money?

If you aren't going to look at the car yourself, then you should have someone else look at it. Preferably a professional.
