keep it simple, you will save a ton of cash and still make good power.
DR650's + walbro 255lph pump and 550's or 650cc injectors + CXracing fmic + MAFT. that will be a very strong setup and save you a lot. I wouldnt waste any cash on anything in the heads at first. Building the bottom end is a good idea but most likely not needed. Personally I would just replace the bottom end bearings and put in a forged crank if you dont have one. That should be plenty strong enough for a set of DR650's.

Also dont do a huge build all at once. I did that and it was a nightmare chasing little issues down. build the car in small stages.
