I tried that once, ordering one of those women out of some fancy foreign magazine dressed in lingerie. She should be here any day now, that lingerie she was wearing arrived just yesterday.

there is sufficent media coverage to gain reasonably accurate assesments of the following criteria:

The variables:
odd twitches, annoying voices, weird haircuts, heights, widths, densities, depth, bone structure, hair color, length and texture, skin tone(not the racist kind Mike so relax), lipid content, eating habits, teeth, sag, ocular prowess, energy, culinary competence, degree of sanity, gullibility, social capital, affinity for clingyness genetics and style. now "style" is a vague thing. this is that X factor such as the way she dresses and/or her attitude. thus this will count for 2 singular values.

This formula would work when compiling a list of your own favorites, but features that rate high with some people, might rate low with others, so using this to compare women with other people, could come up with vastly different scores.
While some may score a light skinned, freckled red head very high, other might score them low.

That aside interesting topic. Got to remember there is always and X factor rating as well.. As in even if she's pretty or not why the fuck do I have to be with her.. Or feel like I need or anything in that nature

imho, the "highest rated" women are going to be mutts--as tom pointed out. vibrant red hair (natural, not dyed), mocha skin & green eyes is like a trifecta of win in my book.
