    Is it safe to assume that your day has been shot to shit before in even started? when the first RO of the day says: "check HVAC blower fan, customer thinks there's a critter in it.."

    If they're doing the Cannonball run & are from Europe + it's a rental 'cause he broke his own ride, chances are it might be a frog...

    Considering one of the primary symptoms was the smell, it was unlikely I would be fighting off said critter....
