if you feel like upgrading, flashable ecu > piggybacks now...at least that's what everyone keeps telling me.

there's some high-quality coilover offerings available now. jfast has a thread where people have been posting dyno plots on their shocks.
From what Chris Hill said, the Walbro400 doesn't have the same whine the 255 did. Debating between the Wally400 or the Aero340. If you're wanting to upgrade to E85, make sure that you use lines that are safe with E85. There are numerous choices if you want to make your own or buy from a vendor. IPS also made replacement fuel pumps hats as I recall that even had the AN fitting already built in, and somebody else did a guide on how to modify yours to make it work as well if your fuel pump hat is still in good shape.

Flashable ECUs are definitely a big improvement. Basically as far as versatility and capability it's between a full on Standalone and Piggybacks. Greg is working to change that, and for most street cars, the Flashable ECUs is pretty much good as it gets it seems. EVO guys have been using them for years.

As far as the coilovers, Jfast's thread is here. It is an excellent and informative read. I think his finally choices are around the last page or two with brand and rates and what not. he went with used Evo coilovers and had them redone to meet his goals.

Beyond that, Dynamic Racing's Dr650 and DR750 turbos are pretty much all the power most folks could want and they're TD04 with great spool and big HP.

Not sure how much smaller you could make the radiator, I recall somebody did something with theirs and angled it forwards a little bit or something which gave better clearance with minimal losses. The factory radiators are really quite good, and have good space savings when paired with 2 factory driver side fans. I think most of the aftermarket radiators tend to be thicker, not thinner.

I think GZP has most of the poly bushings for the front end, and PMP has solid bushings for the rear diff. Brakes have a few more options and people have done some different custom things like GT500 brakes and what not, although 2g calipers with better pads, fluids and braided lines is still a very competent choice.

There was a discovery that aftermarket cams have been made wrong for the platform for years, Pampena worked with BC to get new cams made that should be better, there should be results before too long.

If you're looking for cosmetic stuff:
Replacement seat skins mean the interior is easily fixed up if yours has cracked or worn seats. Can't recall who does those off hand
Most aftermarket bumpers continue to suck. Cianci still produces pieces although opinion is split on them, GZP carries them and says that the quality is back up to what it previously was.
Mods: 2g 3k body conversion, 2g Brake upgrade, Rota P45R rims
Projects: Interior sound deadening, 14Bs, forged bottom end, custom radiator and sound mounts

The stock fuel lines are fine for E85. I've run a stock FPR, stock fuel filter, stock lines, upgraded fuel rail loop, and a hotwired E85 Walbro 400. Ray did the same thing and still pushes 650AWHP through it all. A few other members are running most of the stock stuff on their ethanol TD04 builds so it isn't mandatory if you'd like to spend the money elsewhere. An Aeromotive Stealth 340 lph fuel pump isn't ethanol approved. Trevor had one lock up on him and across other platforms that has happened too. Plus, it probably won't be able to max out 880cc injectors on ethanol. I didn't have much room left with it after 720cc injectors and had to switch to the E85 Walbro 400 to max out 1000cc injectors on ethanol. I plan to see how far it will go on 1300-1600cc injectors since 30 psi was my WOT safe AFR limit on 1000s.
95 RT/TT Billet TD04s E70, DW1000cc injectors, ARC-2 with 92mm maf, 3SX fuel rail loop, hotwired Walbro 416/485, 3" FMIC, single small Krank vent, DR 3.5" downpipe and cat-back, DNP 02 housings, Hallman Pro MBC, BlackStealth LCDBC, AEM wideband, AEM oil pressure, Apexi S1 coilovers with SCE EVO 8/9 adapters, 3SX adjustable control arms, Spec 3+ clutch, Maximal solids/3SX poly motor mounts, Setrab custom SMOC, stock motor 127k miles, stock drivetrain.

Nice to hear from you again man. Any more synchro issues?

    New stuff?

    Clear upper timing belt covers

    The tensioner washer trick

You missed the mitsu new oem trans clearance sale -- got mine for $2500

    Flash/chrome ecu & lcd ebc

A1 head studs + rays head lift fix

BC revised cams, cut from blanks... so we finally have correct valve opening/closing with aftermarket cams... for less than $1k!

Proper cam degreeing. No more drop in and guess/assume BS

Non-RPS clutch options for big power (see trevs mod list)

300m rear axles + solid rear diff bushings (pampena)

    From da phone,
    Adam

Eh, he said get it updated better for E85 and that he has been running it. Not much more he could really do to upgrade beyond bigger pump or switching to braided lines. Didn't know that the Aero340 locked up under E85, knew some folks had used them before. Not really worth spending the money anyhow since the Walbro400 isn't much more expensive.

Haha. Luckily no more transmission shim issues. Mad Dog cleared that up years and years ago, and ever since I've been pretty good. Haven't chewed any more synchros or parts up. I had to call up 300M and replace my 6 year old shaft because I've been making over 450AWHP for quite some time and when I went to do maintenance on the car I noticed the OS was wearing pretty bad. Ended up putting a new OS in, new 3rd gear synchro just for good measure, and a brand new transfercase. Felt good to work on the car. Forgot the feeling of having it in pieces, and putting it all back together again. I thought I lost my touch, but had the trans apart, parts replaced, and back in pretty quick.

    So far, I'm thinking...

BC Coilovers to replace the K-Sports
Bushings/Mounts from Whomever has em at a good price (GZP, etc..)
ABS Delete (From Chris or STM)
    AWS Delete (From Ray)
    Aluminum or CFDS
CF Stock Hood Painted (I like OEM look) They ever get these reliable enough that you don't need pins?

Still need to figure our steering, guessing the whole rack needs to be replaced.

OK yeah, I thought so because I remember seeing you post on rebawc with this name. You're the guy that has some cool guns.

aluminum driveshaft. they don't explode like the CF ones.

i'm not a fan of FG/CF hoods any longer. none of them really fit as good as stock--and i'm not alone in thinking that. my chaser fit "ok" but not any better/worse than any other brands. as far as pins? i ran mine for 5+ years without pins while using it as a daily. not that i'd recommend it--but it has been done.
