Thread: My '92 RT/TT rescue.... Because it's too tragic to call it a "restoration".

Hey I'm sending you a link for Josh and his stealth grave yard.. Never know he may have some of the harder to find things laying around.. Good progress and fast

Well, I found out the reason the ECU didn't fix his problem, was because he replaced it with an N/A ECU..... Already got the proper JDM TT ECU, a few weeks ago. But, need to fix all the rat-chewed wiring before I install it.....

I dyed my old carpet with RIT dye. If you need a sunroof hook let me know. some guy was supposed to buy all the hardware off an extra one I had so I removed it all and the guy never responded.

Built motor, DR750s, AEM and Meth

What you want for the passenger side hook, top to bottom?

Wow, that thing was quite trashed by the previous owner! That's awesome to see that you're going to restore it rather than send it to its grave!!

GL with the rest of the restoration!

There's far too many 1st-gens getting parted out. I get that it's the only way the platform will keep going, but I still hate to see another one go down... Besides, it may be in rough shape, but it's complete, and not all banged up. A few minor dings, and some minor damage that was overlooked during some previous body work, but good body nonetheless.

Will it end up the same color, or haven't you planned that far?

I'll keep it red. But I'm pondering either white dodge-style racing stripes, or white R/T chevrons (like current model year R/Ts) and white lettering. Charcoal and black interior, and a touch of red accents in the engine bay and interior. Keep it classy, not ricey.
