    That dog's owner got him killed. He never should have been where he was, and was interfering with the police. My dog would have done the same thing if he saw me being put into cuffs, it's the fault of the stupid owner for not securing him. Can't blame the police for not wanting to be a chew toy. About the only thing I can fault the police for is that if either of them had a dog, they should have realized the dog would jump out of the car, and told the man to go roll up the windows and secure the dog first and then arrest him.
