overheating bad head gasket?

okay, reviving old thread, we rebuild the top end of the engine with new head gaskets new head bolts and we still have the same heating problem.*

Car can idle for 30 minutes at 190 degrees with not overheating whatsoever, you can drive the car and without boosting and the car will not overheat.*

Problems arises when we enter boost, we can rule out head gaskets, block, or waterpump everything was double checked and replaced. No coolant in our oil or oil in our coolant. We have really ran into a wall here again.

Possible options, due to process of elimination, we believe it could be our front mount, our fans are working and we have and aluminium aftermarket radiator, but the front mount does cover a lot of the air that flows to the radiator.*

How about an AC delete ? would that help?

Any other ideas on what else it can be are welcomed, sorry for the lengthy post just trying to keep you guys updated.

I'm still saying to go back to the stock fans. The slim fans do not cool as well as the stockers. In the meantime, you need to make sure that the fans are spinning the correct direction.

The fans are pulling the air to the engine the oem fans don't fit anymore whit the fmic set up. . I want to try the ac condenser delete cuz anyways the compressor not even work. ..

Ok finally I found the problem !!! It was the fmic!!! But i preferred remove the ac condenser to see what happen and yeah its was blocking the air to the radiator. So its wasn't head gaskets but anyways now I have fresh top engine ... now no more overheatin so happy after 3 months searching n some money I can say thanks to everyone. .. see all u guys around later.

Check if your radiator fans are blowing air the correct direction. I've fixed a friend's overheating issue this way.

Step 1: Start Car
Step 2: Grab a sheet of paper
Step 3: Pop the hood
Step 4: When the fans come on, hold the piece of paper to the fans (But don't touch the spinning blades!)
Step 5: See if the paper *blows* away from the fan or *sticks* to it
