front light combination

So I had to change one of the lights in the front light combination on my car, and a piece broke off. Now i cant get the left part connected properly. Any one had the same problem happen? Anyone need to part of this item?

the part number, i believe, is MB860951
the piece that holds the left part with the clip on broke, so I need this. Its on the turn light combination. I guess i just have to use some dual sided tape

Not many people here have the "euro" light setup. Free to see if you can get some help!

dont think the euro bumper was originaly on the car, as new wireing have previosly been done just by looking as ferrule connections. have been trying to find these lights, they are pretty expensive by the looks of it. not common in the states that s for sure.
