My lower insulator ring was mangled on my one 1600cc FIC injector so I search and find this kit on ebay from awd motorsports that looks legit. It came in the mail today . It only included 4 insulators and I am where are the other 0-rings etc. I go back to the sale page, clearly shows a picture of a complete kit, the wording also says complete FIC seal kit. I call them up and they are so nice to point out that at the end of the sentence it says "lower". I told him thats not a complete kit, then he says the picture is only for display purposes or something along those lines. No resolution was reached. They call me back 5 min later and says if I am not happy I can return it. I tell him its false advertising and returning the item isnt gonna resolve the issue. I have the disputed the item with paypal and I am gonna leave them a fat negative rating on ebay so they wont pull this shit again. I am getting a little tired of being taken advantage off.
The funny thing is that I really only needed the one insulator so my problem is solved but it would have been nice to have some spare fic parts ya know.

They wanna play games, I can play games. Am I over reacting?

Completely misleading. What is "complete" about it? That when you order "4" you get 4? Complete implies all the components needed. Coupled with that picture, I would say they are definitely in the wrong and deserve a negative rating.

at the same time though the description gives the exact FIC part number. Also FIC use the same generic picture for all of their seal kits. I still think its a little shaddy but when FIC themselves do the same thing do you really except the ebay sellers to do better.
