I'd just get an aluminum pulley for your NA. It probably is something to be concerned about since it’s that old.

Mine failed at 78k, part was 18 years old and gave a squeaking noise at idle. I mistakenly thought the noise was caused by A/C belt or Alternator belt but when I could not get rid of the noise at all I discovered the defective pulley had a slight wobble to it. The wobble would rub into one of the belts and created a squeak.

The rubber portion failed at 18 years.

I replaced mine at 150k with aluminim. It had no issues. It was still in one piece, solid. Or at least it seemed that way.

On the Internet you can be anything you want. It's strange that so many people choose to be stupid.

this is only true because EVERY 3/s came with one, but not every 3/s has 500+ WHP and is running a solid pulley. i get where you're coming from, paul...but you kinda skewed the facts a bit.

I went with Ninja since he ships priority mail for free. It was $250 shipped from him and showed up in about 3 days.
