They have the "Note" that it needs 1.5hrs of assembly. If they know that, and is standard, wish they would just advertise the correct total price.

I certainly did NOT pay any extra for the setup but possibly was charged for the 1.5 hour assembly, maybe not. I cannot recall, this was 2 yrs ago. Perhaps this is in case you bring your car to the shop taking up a stall?
You fill out a questionnaire and he sets them up according to that. Of course if you are down in NM and can go to the shop that is preferred. The details they wanted to know were car modifications, primary use, how aggressive you want the setup to be, weight of driver, etc... It was very complete and that is enough info for him to build the shock to YOUR car.
Familyman, they are still excellent, I am very glad I got them. I paid 3500ish to get them to my door, then the price dropped 700 dollars, all Ohlins became less expensive across all platforms later on in 2013.
Come to Bowling Green and I can give you a ride and you can see for yourselfI will be there

They seem to be doing fine. Road driving is still smooth and no noises. Have autocrossed on them for 3 seasons, been to 4 or 5 track days, and put probably 15k on them.
