    Unplugging the sensor gives you the 789 dance and pulls the shit out of timing...

    yeah youd leave it plugged in, but unscrew it and zip tie it to the firewall or similar.

    I didn't include the tables to set knock timing retard and enrichment in chrome V2 but its looking more and more like they are needed for some of these high HP monsters.

    Unplugging it gradually decreasing the octane value to 0 thus always using 100% of the low octane maps. I can see the advantages to this in a 1000whp car running a piggy back.

    I don't get why the knock gain settings didn't work, maybe something else was going on. I'm going to try things as is and see what mine does. My bottom end is slightly different, so who knows.

    That's a long story for another thread.

    The short version is HP = noise. There comes a point when the noise becomes so great that it over powers the range that the stock sensor can hear.
