    just got back from the Dr. said my surgery and healing is doing awesome and that I should be back in about 3 weeks. who's a BAMF? this gui!

    looking back I'm pretty sure shit technique and not taking the weight(even though relatitivly light) seriously is what did me in. might end up changing my training objective overall. not sure yet

    went to Dr today and he said,

    he was amazed that I healed so fast. in fact he asked how I did it. lots of joint supplements and followed my therapy instructions to the letter.
