maybe. one thing is for sure is if I go back to powerlifting I'll take the decent slow and controled and never relax. the more I think about it the more I'm convinced my lack of focus and tension are to blame.

surgery went super well wednesday. never was in any pain and I had 0 nausea from the anestesia. I didn't feel like eating much after despite not having eaten since about 11:30 the night before. I didn't go back until about 1pm because Dr's previous surgery took longer than expected. so I was extra starving going in. but I was able to eat quite a bit late that night. they told me to stay on the pain pills even though I wasn't hurting just in case. so I did until friday.

I'm up and about just almost as well as before I went in and haven't taken the painpills(perocet) since Thursday night(I think).

Strange thing happened. I got this 18oz ribeye size swollen spot directly on the base of my spine right at my hips and it sort of came around my side a bit. called the Dr and he told me to stop taking the antioiotics, which I did along with taking a benedryl. swelling went down a bit but not gone so I cut down to 1 perocet and the benedryl, then just a benedryl and it was gone. very strange.
