Don't want to beat up on your car but feel the need to race?? We've got it.

This event is something we've been trying to do for a few years now, but it just never seemed to work out. This year, it all fell into place. On Thursday evening, we'll take over a Go-Kart track in St. Louis. This will be a COMPETITIVE event, with trophies and race results. Alan and I just got back from St. Louis, where we got together with a few of the local guys so the boys could try them out. The karts are electric and go up to 45mph! We'll be renting the track, so you'll only be racing against each other. There's also a kids' track in the building that will be available for a separate charge. We are NOT renting that, so the fees are paid directly to the track and no trophies will be provided for the kids. After each race, the track provides you with a printout showing how you did. It shows your speed per lap, and even offers tips for improving your time. I've gotta say... the boys had A LOT of fun that night. They each ended up racing twice at 12 laps each time.
