Sometimes favors don't pan out (Matt-Jagg7)

As most of you know, I repair forum members ECU's for free. I make it known that I do not guarantee I can repair them, but will do my best. The only thing I ask is that I get reimbursed for the return shipping and for a small donation for my time and components. The donation is completely optional and I wouldn't hold it against anyone if they could only afford shipping.
A month and a half ago I received an ECU and a ECS from Matt-Jagg7. The ECU was in pretty rough shape and someone had tried to repair it before. I did my best and was able to get it to run my car, didnt run great though, not sure if this is because its an NA ECU and my car is TT. The ECS came out great, though I did not test it. Anyway, I have made a couple attempts to remind Matt that he had not yet paid for the return shipping, he hasnt replied at all. A couple days ago I PM'd him, warning that if he didnt at least contact me, I would make his non payment public, so here I am.
I really dont care about the money at all, if he simply said he didnt have it, I would have said this ones on me, no problem. This is a matter of principle to me.
Matt is selling a fair amount of parts on this forum, I hope he is more honest when he sells something than he is when someone try's to help him out.

Yeah, I don't even care about the money. We're talking like $13 or something. I really didn't want to start this thread, but I refuse to be taken advantage of. I still think its just something small on his end or maybe he just isn't happy with my work. Either way I just wish he would have contacted me.

Your handling of this is approriate, Corey.

Man of us enjoy doing these sorts of favors, and an inexpensive stipulation such as covering shipping is NOT out of line.
