    Where's the advice about creating havoc on the freeway by not keeping proper pace with the rest of the traffic?

    I considered that as well, but at the same time as a new driver, in drivers ed it was emphasized to drive at the pace you felt the most comfortable. She should have been in the far right lane, but let's face it, people would have been flying around here there too.
