WTB: non-working PS window regulator/track thing

My motor still works, but that shitty plastic guide piece at the top of the track broke in half. Therefore, I don't want to pay $9000 for a working one, but more like $20 for a non-working one that has a good track/white plastic thing. I'm sure there's a lot of them out there that people have sitting in their garages, so let me know. Passenger side.

They all fail just like yours did... I don't think I've ever seen a motor go bad on an otherwise working regulator.

Pretty much this. I believe someone one the other forum for a while sold them after tacking in sheet metal to reinforce the plastic.

I can check, I MAY have one here. I'll check tomorrow morning.

Hmm. When I always saw people bitching about needing new ones, I assumed the motor killed itself. So people are essentially paying $100 for a little piece of plastic that broke off?

Nothing will work as well as a factory new regulator. I got one (insurance monies) after my car got broken into and it goes up and down soo much faster than my pass side "new used" one does. I also fix mine by riveting a SS plate to the back of the plastic/rail assy.

Yup. Every regulator I have ever had in my part outs has either worked perfect, or the plastic was broken.
