    Yeah. The guy mentioned that he can get a one off crank made for $4,000, but he was doing this one on a budget just to see if it would "work".

    yea doubts on a bolted together crank but hey thats wicked , i get the block welding etc , we used to have harder to find diesel blocks furnace welded by a local company after catostrophic failures .

    GM did this with 2 sbc's to create the v16 that was in the cadillac sixteen concept car.
