cops around where I live seem to leave out of state people alone... drove around with expired TN Tags for quite some time. had cops behind me constantly where surely they could see it. plus I was driving a extremely loud flat black sports looking car. so just begging to be pulled. never once even fused at me.

Five over is normally what I'll do on the highways.
I-70 is patrolled here heavily at least headed west to Manhattan or Ft Riley or East to Lawrence. At least going to Lawrence every day I know where the highway patrol likes to sit. I usually stay at 75-80 the whole time anyways since I'm already reved up halfway on my rpms and it drops my mileage going faster. I get about 42-43 and if I slow down to 65 usually around 46-47. I'm more bad about speeding in the city 5-10 over and when I'm in the Stealth spirited driving I'll exceed the posted speed limits quite a bit. Lol.

That being said I do 80mph with everyone else in traffic on the way to work and 100+ on the way home. I found the speed limiter on the TL the other day. Lol

New Jersey is all 55 and 65. And 65 are classified as "Double Fee" zones where if you get a ticket, they double the price.

    because they can.

the only 70mph on the east coast that i know about are in Virginia.

There are 70 MPH zones in GA once you get far away from the population centers. There is a 65 MPH zone just South of Atlanta on 85 South (the laws never caught up with the fact that people do, in fact, live South of Atlanta in this state). It bumps up to 70 MPH just a few more exits after I get off the highway for work.
