    Rough weekend - all my Cinderella's got sent home

    Niners look tough...they already split the season with the Seahawks...thats a toss up...Russell is looking efficient...although not explosive...perhaps just keeping some surprises for when they need it. With their defenses... I don't see how the Pats can over come it, but as I said, love to see the underdog win.

    LOL - Patriots look much better than Broncos this past weekend. You just know Welker will bobble a pass that turns into a pick 6 in the clutch

    I usually love to see an underdog win. Unless it's the Patriots.

    Question though. If the Niners win, would this be the first time in NFL history that the divisional champion lost to the same division's runner-up in the conference championship? I don't think it happened since 2000 for sure, but I don't know about all the divisional re-alignments that have been done.

    I couldn't find one in the NFC, but it's happened 4 times in the AFC.

    interesting. so it has happened from time to time. the raiders are the only ones who managed a SB win though.. i would say--based on that--even if SF wins, they odds aren't in their favor.

    I saw the odds on ESPN based on the different possibilties of SB match-ups. The Patriots wouldn't be favored against either of the NFC teams, Denver would be favored against San Fran and even odds against Seattle.

    SF is the best team, then Denver, then Hawks, then Patriots. I expect the Patriots to lose this weekend even though due to the shit storm it would cause, would be fun to see them win..lol
