Baldino's...although I'm not sure I've seen them outside of SE GA...but far and away the best & biggest subs I've ever had for the price.

I have yet to try Jimmy Johns, Penn Street or Schlotzkeys..in fact, never even heard of that last one. Out of the others, definitely like Firehouse subs. Very good.

Although not a chain, I worked at a deli in Orange County NY last summer and it's hard to beat hot fresh deli stuff.

What is Penn Street? Did you mean Penn Station East Coast Subs?

    +1

I have tried them all minus Penn Street, Jersey Mikes would be my top choice. All meats and cheeses sliced right in front of you and their bread is great "As long as it's fresh" Now I have been to a couple Jersey Chains that are crap but it all depends on the employees and management.

    Check it out on Youtube!!

Larry's Giant Subs in FL, GA, and SC is pretty good. Other than that I'd say Firehouse.
