    Running rough with Flash ECU

I've got a 1st gen Plug and Play ECU for my 91 stealth rt tt
My mods are intake and a down-pipe with no main cat and no front pre-cat.
I've wired the Flash ECU just like it says on chromedecu.org I've double checked all the wires and then checked them again few more times to make sure I've installed them correctly.

The car ran great with the flash ECU until she warmed up. Once warmed up the following happens:
-When starting from a stop I give it gas and engage the clutch, once I start to roll and my foot is off the clutch the car stutters and jerks as if its my first time driving a manual.
-Also sometimes it feels like there is no power even when I floor it, but once I floor it for a few sec eventually the power comes in.
-There is also a very loud knocking sound coming from the engine bay when I'm in neutral. The sound goes away when I push in the clutch pedal.

    Only thing I've done to the ECU is disabled Periphery 2 bits 15, 14, 13, 11, 10, 9, 3 and 1.
    I've also changed Periphery 0 Bit 2.
But no changes to how my car behaved.

I don't feel save driving around with these issues. I've put the stock ECU back in, and she runs like a champ, no issues what so ever.

I've asked about this on a local forum and they recommended me posting this thread on this site.

I'm still new to this and need some guidance, any input would be much appreciated.

    Thank you for reading.
    -Nick.

could you post a 5 minute log?

Also, are you trying to say that there is a loud noise related to your transmission that goes away on the stock ecu?

Yes there is a loud knocking noise that goes away when I push in the clutch or rev up my RPMs a bit, this noise doesn't exist with the stock ECU.
Unfortunately I don't have any logs yet. Didn't want to run the car for any more time with those problems. As soon as the knocking started I drove her carefully home and shut her off asap. But if its a must, I could find some time either today or tomorrow to get it done.

He's probably hearing that dash relay click when the RPMs drop really low.

Its the V2 rom. He shot it my way but i couldn't see any issues with it. Sent him in the direction to disable the emissions peripheries and set proper timing latencies for 1st gen. About as far as i got with it.

There are no peripheries to disable the emissions equipment. Only the CELs.

That noise sounds absolutely nothing like a knock nor would it come/go with an ECU swap.
