Running rough with Flash ECU

I have the same transmission noise as the OP posted in his video.

Wondering did the ECU pin swap really fix that chattering issue or was it something else?

Asking cause I run a stock ECU but have that chatter and wondering if the OP was able to figure what was causing it.

That chattering noise was the relay behind the dash. It clicks when your idle is too low. Absolutely nothing to do with the transmission.

Hey Greg, I'm referring to the video he posted.

That is definitely not a relay causing that noise and he shows that when the clutch is dis-engaged the noise goes away. Same issue I have. I have replaced input shaft bearing and end-case bearings and still the noise is there. Thinking now it is the stock clutch making the noise but don't want to swap a clutch to find out it was not the issue. I need to figure it out as part swapping guessing what the issue is starts getting expense!!

I talked Hard and he was having clutch issues. Apparenty slipping.

Weird my transmission does that too.
its not the flash ECUs though.
Probably in the tranny.
