Need Help ASAP: Fuel Pump Disaster

OK, so I'm about to finish my TT FWD swap, and EVERYTHING else is done, except for the new Walbro. Where the issue comes in..... The top of my fuel pump assembly is so rusted, that of the six bolts needing to be removed, 1 has snapped right off, 3 have rounded off, due to so much rust, and 2 I managed to get off. On top of that, the hard is so rusted, that when I tried loosening it, it snapped as well, and so did the ground wire on the top. I can fix the ground wire easily, but I really could help on the stripped nuts and hardline, since I need to drive this tomorrow. Thanks for your help in advance.

You're not going to be driving it tomorrow unless you have a place to get a bunch of AN fittings.

While I was able to get my nuts off , the hardline was simply too rusted. Had to cut the line. Like Stealthee said you're not driving it tomorrow, probably not for a few days at least

What exactly do I need for the hard line, Brian?? I assume that's what you're referring to for the AN fittings. Not sure how I feel about using MAP on a gas tank..... What about some flexible fuel injection line?? Remove the hard line altogether??

He snapped the hardline, and broke off studs that hold the assembly. At this point he's fucked.

As for the AN fittings some people have cut off the stock hardline and used a series of AN fittings to make a new connection to the pump. Lawdogg had the issue of broken studs and posted his fix for it some time ago.

Didnt see that part. Your going to need some sort of bulkhead, and line/fittings to run from the pump to the hardline under the car. Its gonna be hard to find anything this late unless you know people with them.

You will also need to do something like Lawdogg did and drill out the holes and nut and bolt the hanger in place once you are done.

Fucked as in not getting it fixed tonight and as in not a 5 minute fix. You got some time in front of you to fix it.
