    Uhh havn't these kids been in custody for some time now - because of the photo of them w/ the suspects in Times Square?

    Dunno.

    Apparently they've been under questioning several times - sounds like when the cops found whatever-it-was they found (in a landfill?) it gave lie to something they'd said, and here we are.
