"There are far more wars fought in the name of religion than anything else" - I disagree. WWI, WWII, Cold War (technically), Korean War, Vietnam, Trojan War, and Most Civil wars were fought against Tyranny, not religion.
that's one side of the argument. religious persecution falls into that as well.
