Who needs the Surface/Windows 8?

personal experience aside, MS had a 30% failure rate with the 360. 30%. if that happened with a car model, the maker would be out of business.

not that sony makes awesome hardware...but they suck shit at software. factory-installed worms, drm nightmares, leaked consumer info, etc.

between them, you have MAYBE one good gaming console.

Do you even have the slightest idea how many cellphones get replaced with refurbished models within the first 6 months? Our store is the #1 independent retailer for Verizon in Michigan and I'm telling you it's easily over 60% and is not limited to any manufacturer. I just don't understand how you can label one company over any other as having terrible hardware.
