Customer has car towed in spraying E85 everywhere

Courtney's fuel issue, the entire line is full of holes. It is pissing fuel out thru the AN hoses everywhere. Looks like ethanol incompatible and or cheap hose was used.
Customer had car towed to me because of this issue.

I replaced this one line with a temp new braided line and pressurized the system only to find all the rest of the dual feed lines all spraying thru the lines. The inner hose in the lines are all deteriorated. Everything s leaking like a sieve No Bueno.

I will make all new lines using the Russel black braided nylon I use and black fittings, it will look mean! Like Ninja LOL, and won't leak anymore. Will replace all lines, from tank to rails to fpr and back as it is a dual pump dual feed setup.

Only thing I can think is the SS braided lines are not a high quality brand (china) or not ethanol safe.

Never seen AN lines just Gush like this. It is as if there was the SS braid on the outside, and nothing left on the inside. The line in the vid was the worse so after I replaced that one with a temp I made real quick, the holes in all the others appeared.

Don't know the brand or where the hose was manufactured.

I have had Earls on my car for probably 7 years, 2-3 which had E95M5 and no issues whatsoever. These lines are newer and are trashed.

The Russel I use now is Ethanol safe and have no problems using it for customer's cars. But yeah, PTFE if you really want 100% no questions asked.

3SI allows raw HTML to be posted. That is a huge security rick and I'm amazed it has not caused a problem there yet.

I will research ways to get the facebook videos to work here.
