Drivers Foot Well Carpet Trim issue

Does anyone else have the issue where the carpet likes to come away from the interior trim to the left of your foot, just under the dash? All 3 of my stealths I've owned have does this. Am I missing a piece of trim? There is the plastic sill plate and then a banana shaped plastic trim piece just in front of it, but it doesn't really want to hold the carpet in.

Mine does it but I have wires jammed back there. Stays somewhat well despite that, though.

Look at it this way: Your car is running well enough now that the carpet is on your to-do list lol!

Mine did it also and drove me nuts. I glued some velcro to the back of the carpet piece and to the plastic piece behind it. Problem solved for now.

    Check it out on Youtube!!

Ive always had this issue and the carpet and trims in my car are in mint condition. Just seems like a small issue they overlooked when producing these cars.. much like the clear coat disintegrating off the stock paint.
