That would be way too big imo. Tons of lag although it would put down some serious power. Ray's 3.5 twin 6262 was already slow to spool. You can get the 6266 and 6766 in BB or JB options. The 6466 is only available in a BB option. It seems that the BB only gains 50-200 rpm of spool over the JB. Results may vary on the street and you may get better transient response under various loads but the extra $5-700 isn't worth it to me. $1k for a 6266 or 6277 is really cheap. You just have to get past the lack of single turbo kits available for our cars.

Going off topic now but the 6262 dynos on 3.5's didn't look bad to me. Look where they cross a specific tq number, like 500awtq, not peak tq to compare to other setups. The 964awhp td05 6262 didn't look awful to me. The 676? mivec was definitely more lag than I would want. If 6266 vs 6262 results translate from single to twin, it's no more lag than but more power . I am probably leaning a little smaller though 900awhp sized vs 1000+ if/when I upgrade. Like 76mm exducer FP Red or 5857/5858 is about the same.

Back on topic...great car HB! Almost makes me want to jump ship...almost. It's sick what you can make with that ONE 6266 with a great powerband!
    1992 Kilder Green VR4 - First 4G swap in a 3S. 2.0, auto, awd. 9.65 at 143mph. Now LS swapped. 8.52 at 162.

Forced performance has just released ball bearing versions of the green, red, and black with a mitsu td05 flange hot side for dsm's.
