Dark and sweet. Coffee mate and 3 heaping teaspoons regular sugar. Just one cup a day but sometimes i get a latte or frap for the drive home

You're drinking the wrong tea. A good brewed unsweetened tea should be left alone. Of course, this is all personal preference.

Lots of ways to get caffeine; if you don't drink your coffee black, you don't have a proper appreciation for coffee - drink something else.

That's why I don't drink coffee...I don't do caffeine in any regularity. Gatorade and Sprite are my go to drinks.
