We can go on and on for days talking about it but it's not going to get anywhere nor is it worth the time.
well of course. i'm sitting here trying to use LOGIC and arguing with a religious person; of course it's wasted effort. even still, for the bystanders who don't understand, i'm going to break it down:

if homosexual relations were so "bad"...they wouldn't be such a time-honored tradition across such a vast array of cultures. greeks, arabs, romans...the list is virtually endless of cultures where homosexuality was accepted. girls were for procreating, boys were for fun....as the saying goes. THAT'S why it has never been an issue--because it never was an issue...at least until now.

it's an issue NOW, because of the rights granted to the spouse in a homosexual relationship. until and unless there is 100% equality in the rights granted to heterosexual spouses & homosexual spouses--IN THE USA--then the laws are unjust. it's THAT simple. anyone who pushes back against the most expedient method of rectifying this injustice IS PART OF THE PROBLEM. so yes, that means you ARE causing personal pain--because you are sanctioning injustice.

"Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me." Matthew 25:40

i spent 18 years of my life going to church every sunday. you want to continue down this abortion of logic...be my guest. i'm happy to educate the world on your behalf.
