Active Areo down need help.

My Active Areo went down on my 91 3KGT VR-4 wondering if anyone knows how to fix it? The rear wing is stuck in the high speed postion but the front spoiler works fine.

I havent fixed mine yet, but there are some switches inside that go bad and some type of clips I believe. Have you seen this video? (if the link fails, search youtube for "active aero repair" It shows a repair:
