    Greg,

I can't seem to get the pin 48 output to trigger. I wanted to use it as a shift light output so I set the coolant to 36, min/max rpm 3000/7000, min/max load 1/300. I logged the output and it never went to 1. This was with the ignition on, car running, and car moving. I tried using 100/7000 also just to make it always trigger. No luck. I verified my pin out from my test wire to the ecu pin. It's correct with no break and I did not get any ground trigger. Also tested to see if I would get +12 on it with no luck.

edit: I also have bit 10 enabled for pin 48 output.

    Any ideas?

I don't have a vent wire on my harness so for now I'm gonna try the active exhaust output.

We tested every portion of this setup using LEDs so I know it works. That's not to say something got missed.

Pin 48 is the FPR solenoid not the Vent. Make sure you're checking the correct output.

I figured it was something I was doing. I'll double check all the pinouts as well. Also, I'll try to configure pin 35 for the same to see if anything changes and I did get it mixed up. I'm pretty sure I wanted to use pin 35 to start but my older 1g adapter harness wasn't populated for the vent wire.

I went ahead and enabled Active Exhaust and pin 35 and set them to activate after 2krpm. In evoscan, only the active exhaust activates, the other two pins stay at 0.

pin 35 is request id b5 function x bit 64
pin 48 is request id B5 function x bit 128
active exhaust is B4 and x bit 16

    Do these make sense?

    ecu config:

    pin 35
    rpm - 2000
    tps - 100
    load -10
    coolant -36

    pin48
    rpm - 2000/7000
    load - 1/300
    coolant - 36

I wonder if there is a mistake with the EVOScan request for those bits. Let me verify them tonight.

Sounds good thanks. I'll have some time Saturday so I'll hook up some LEDs to the outputs to see if they work on the wire.
