since your 99 I would suggest using the 99 SL ECU and flash it vs getting a vr4 ecu. that 92 ecu won't work anyways unless you swap over a whole harness and everything.

build it right and it will be a helluva car, probably spin city, but who cares??? I'm sure from Rolls it will be handful for most cars on the street
