since your 99 I would suggest using the 99 SL ECU and flash it vs getting a vr4 ecu. that 92 ecu won't work anyways unless you swap over a whole harness and everything.

build it right and it will be a helluva car, probably spin city, but who cares??? I'm sure from Rolls it will be handful for most cars on the street

Ya I'm not too worried about the spinning, that's what my right foots for lol ok so now I think I understand the flash Ecus more. 99 and 98 n/a can be flashed to a clone 98/99 vr4 ecu correct? Me and my gf are going to get rota grids for her wrx right now or the pics would be posted haha

Brett (Vr4Tune) is seeing around 520 safely on pump with heads. This is on 92 octane in WA... You could go e85 and reach your goals, but 500 fwhp will be nuts with only 2 wheels spinning.

You may need to send Jester, or 99vr4 your ecu to mod it to work with a tt. Ask away in one of the ecu threads.

Sorry, took a bit longer than I thought. They didn't have the grids, and Nicole always gets what she wants. So she settled with other wheels. I can't seem to figure out how to post pics Fromm iPhone. Maybe I need to use my computer

Ya, I would still be happy with 500-550 whp. That would be a fun dd street car haha. And I'll def. ask them about my ecu thanks!
Hopefully I will be able to set boost by rpm and gear if that's possible with the chrome ecus
