i would have a welder do it before i went with a tap and plug.
i got a roll pin today. i may try that. i really think just JB weld would work fine, but ill see. ill do the roll pin with JB weld if i can.

That's crazy. U buy those turbos new like that??
Ross 9:1 piston, H beam rods with arp bolts, *Forged crank,*Ported head with brian crower 1mm over intake and exhaust valves,*Brian crower valve springs,Oem headgaskets,*Arp headstuds*,T3 hybrid turbos with .63ar,*Tial leaded fuel wastegates with 1bar springs,*Cx racing fmic*,Arc2 in blowthru,*950cc delphis on e85,Jackhammer fuel hanger holding 2 walbros 255 hotwired ,Fuel lab fpr,*Aeromotive fuel filter*Entire fuel system done in ptfe braided black lines,*Beefed up oil cooler,*Gates racing belt*,Ninja performance soild tension setup*,3sx single pass radiator*,Tial q blowoff*,Scanmaster*,Aem twin fire*,3sx fuel rails* battery relocated to trunk, blitz dsbc, aem wideband, autometer oil pressure gauge,And so on....
i got them used with like 1000 miles on them. they are MHI turbos though, so im surprised they have these holes. just strange. easy fixes though (thankfully)!
i was told that the PO was unhappy with the results from them and couldnt get the car how he wanted it. i wonder how in depth he looked into finding solutions. i bought the manifolds and everything off of him, so its the exact same setup. i have a feeling these were leaking for him too and thats why he was unhappy. i have a feeling this will make a HUGE difference in the performance of the car. especially the response of the turbos!
That ladies and gentleman is why you always pressure test often. Lol. I definitely didn't expect you to have leaks like that although I suspected there was some vacuum issues. That's crazy though. You should definitely have more power after everything is fixed. After those are plugged I would pressure test again since I'm sure there could be other tiny culprits.
Oh I definitely will! I can't wait to see what kind of gains I pick up from these fixes!
 lol!! At least you were able to figure out the problems & should really benefit from figuring it all out!!!

update time
i ended up just using jb weld on the holes on the compressor housings, and on the threaded holes, i used some alan head bolts and some teflon tape. i will pressure test tomorrow and make sure everything can hold up to 30psi. i know its not the #1 choice, but worse comes to worst, it is still safe because the jb weld will just blow out of the holes, not get sucked in. so its safe at minimum.
i recalibrated my wideband to make sure it was good, and i pulled my plugs and shockingly they are not as black as i expected them to be. im am admittedly a bit ignorant on reading plugs as well as some of the old school guys, but i understand the basics. tell me what you all think:
i did some other miscellaneous things on the car that would not interest you all, but as long as i can figure this stuff out, almost all of the small things will be fixed on this thing. one BIG issue that wont be getting fixed any time soon is that my rear manifold flange is a little warped i think. its unfortunate. someone on here warned be about that, but not until the engine was already in the car. one day i plan on pulling the engine and painting the engine bay. i will fix it then. it probably wont be anytime soon though :/
looking forward to tomorrow though![]()
Good to see you are getting it sorted! Should pull in a different universe with the leaks fixed.
Help them, for they know not that which they do not know!
