a few things:
1. greg is legit
2. i think my boost controller is not up to the task. its a dsbc, and has worked fine up until i fixed my giant boost leaks and now its just struggling. i may try and find one made specifically for external wastegates, my current setup aint cuttin it. ill fiddle with it more later though. i set it up (and correctly, i guarantee) for externals before, and it didnt work at all. maybe now that i fixed all my boost leaks it will work correctly? might be worth a shot.
3. did a pull up into the higher rpm's today, i was curious as to what my airflow would look like as well as what the wideband would do. i am going to have to scale stuff back in my tune because i have no resolution way up high. you can see this by looking at my "VE" column, see how its the same value? its because the table only goes to 3200, so anything above that just uses that last value at 3200... and that aint gonna cut it.

rise and rise again until lambs become lions
and greg, or anyone else, you see where my load goes way down to 162 (line 46), wtf is up with that? nothing weird happened on the pull... it was pretty clean as far as i could tell
not that i have seen, paul. i also havent revved it out like this yet either (on this tune)

Was hoping to get chrome V3 out before anyone noticed that hiccup with the 2-byte stuff. Its just a math miss-match error is all. It has to do with the logger not grabbing both bytes for the log. The value calculated into the ECU just fine in hex but when you translate it into numbers that make sense to us, you get those occasional funky numbers.
This isn't an issue with the new 1 byte logging.
I wouldn't get too concerned about adding more resolution to your VE table just yet. Get your boost controller issues worked out first to see just how high you really are going before rescaling. It'll save you from needing to rescale 2x.
Btw I've seen guys run into the same issues as you with the DSBC and external gates. I'm not exactly sure what the issue is (believe the solenoid itself just cant flow enough air) but switching to higher pressure springs will cure the issue. This will raise your wastegate pressure (thus your minimum boost) but you'll have more control at higher PSI.

i was told i have 14.5psi springs in there already! i think my controller just doesnt work correctly, but im not sure. it seemed to work fine with my actuators on my 19t setup
