MD159963 Fed spec N/A ECU

This is for a customer's car, so I'll need to have it rebuilt and warranty it... Looking to buy one as a core, and priced accordingly. I don't care if it has caps leaking, but it must have been confirmed running and working. My local rebuilder doesn't like spending a bunch of time chasing down DOA issues. Since Eric Rymer is AWOL for the time being, I don't have anyone else I trust to take care of it.
