That was a 5sp car, but I don't think there's a tangible difference. The only risk I see is the bottom 1/3 or so of the flywheel is exposed. You could probably rig a cover if that's a concern. I drove through heavy FL torrential rain and never had a problem, though. On the upside, it could aid in cooling the clutch/FW assembly.. I did have extraordinarily good 'luck' with my RPS clutch and FW combo on that car -- 30K miles of \spirited use, lots of launching and racing, etc.. before the car was sold, and was never an issue when I still had visibility to the car. I'd leave it and move on.

28-32lbs cruising at 2300rpm. Will be bypassing the oil cooler to be sure there is not an issue there. After that the only things I can come up with are the restrictors (Machine shop says they are in), and possibly the bypass sticking? The pump has less than 3k on it, and had great pressure before rebuild...
