Yeah the FPR is set to the lowest it can be. The adj screw is backed out all the way, and back in 1/4 turn. So it is either bad, or??

Help them, for they know not that which they do not know!

Keep us posted on the smoking issue. I just started mine up again a few weeks ago after getting my 19t rebuilt (again) and I had no smoke on initial startup. Congrats its a good and scary feeling at the same time hoping nothing goes wrong!![]()
It looks like OEM feed lines too. That's what I used. Some of the SS braided lines like the 3SX ones for example are a smaller ID on the hose itself than OEM. The bends for the fittings further reduce it so I know that has been a contributing factor for some although not the case here.
I'd just wait and see if it clears out. I didn't think about it since you mentioned not pulling a fuse for the fuel pump but if you soaked it that much with fuel you were probably burning all that off after swapping the plugs and firing it up. It was kind of hard to tell the exact color of the smoke since my laptop cable split a couple wires giving my screen a bluish tint to it until my replacement comes in.
Yeah I read up on the aftermarket lines, and the issues that have been had. That's the reason I stuck with the oem returns. Might be user error, or not, but no need to replace what works for sure in my mind.
Definitely white smoke. I have not swapped plugs yet, so that may have contributed somewhat. No panic will be had until I get the new injectors, plugs, and the fuel pressure under control. Eliminate the what ifs before proceeding with the oh shits.
On a good note, much thanks to Greg, Brett, and all the rest that have had their hands in the flashed ecu/chrome awesomeness.Getting that in, flashed, and running was about the easiest part of this build. With some time logging fuel trims when able, I believe I will have no issues getting her to a safe, drivable tune ready for the real boys at English Racing. (You will be getting you tuner cut Greg, even if I pay it myself!)

unfortunately, my money is on turbos
1992 Kilder Green VR4 - First 4G swap in a 3S. 2.0, auto, awd. 9.65 at 143mph. Now LS swapped. 8.52 at 162.
I believe it is the Aeromotive A1000-6. Using stock feed as return. I need to check that there is no restriction as Larry mentioned. I will just disconnect the return line from the hat, pull it down under the car to a container.
Perfectly healthy girl before tear down. Upgraded turbs, which also included the list in the first post. This is all new everything, but for the fpr.
Unfortunately, as a betting man the odds are with you...
